Registration

  1. First step is to register with the Marketing Technology  job board by  clicking on Employer Registration on the right section under “Job Board Menu”.
  2. Fill out all of the required information and optionally a company website and company description. You can always modify this later.
  3. Select “Publish Profile” check mark if you would like job seekers to view the company profile (Highly Recommended).

Login

  1. When you visit  the main job board page, select Employer Login from the “Job Board Menu” on the right side of the page.
  2. Select “Remember Me” to have a cookie store your login information for your next visit.
  3. Once you login, you will see a list of your existing jobs associated with your organization.
  4. If you have trouble remembering your login or password, please contact us.

Post a Job

  1. Once logged in, select Post a Job link on the right side of the page.
  2. If you’ve provided details in your company profile, those will be copied automatically to the new listing.
  3. Enter the title, description, location and other details about the opportunity
  4. If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the “Coupon” field
  5. Select the type of listing. You will receive notifications when a listing is about to and has expired.
  6. Click “Preview” to view the job as a candidate would view it.
  7. Click “Publish Listing” if you are satisfied with the listing.
  8. If payment is required, then you will be asked to pay via PayPal.  NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX are all accepted.
  9. Once payment is verified and listing reviewed, the listing will be visible.
  10. As applicants apply for positions, an email notification will be sent with a link to review (and download) details.

Edit Company Profile

  1. Once logged in, select the Company Profile link on the right side of the page to update company details, insert/update an organization logo and other options.

Edit Company Jobs

  1. Once logged in, select the Company Jobs link on the right side of the page to view a list of active and expired listings.
  2. Select a job and begin making updates.
Search Resumes
The Marketing Technology job site is starting to collect and house many candidates.  Find contact information for well qualified candidates by gaining access to resume details.   Get a quick preview of candidates with “Browse Resumes“.
